Sclerosi Multipla: perchè gli attacchi contro il Metodo Zamboni?

Continuano gli strampalati attacchi contro la teoria del prof. Zamboni sulla possibile correlazione tra l’insufficienza venosa cronica cerebro spinale (CCSVI), da lui stesso scoperta nel 2007, e la sclerosi multipla (SM), patologia gravemente invalidante che colpisce circa 63.000 italiani e per la quale non esiste ancora un terapia definitiva.
Riportiamo in ordine cronologico decrescente una serie di studi “confermativi” e/o sulla “sicurezza degli interventi”, pubblicati nell’ultimo anno su riviste scientifiche che dimostrano come la teoria del prof. Zamboni non sia affatto campata in aria come qualcuno vorrebbe farci credere e che gli interventi di angioplastica non siano pericolosi.
Chi continua a negare l’esistenza e la prevalenza della CCSVI nei pazienti con SM dimostra dunque scarsa competenza scientifica e soprattutto ignoranza della letteratura più recente.
